There was a hermit who saw a scorpion floundering in the water.He tried to save it by stretching out his palm,but the scorpion stung him.The hermit still tried to get the scorpion out of the water,but the scorpion stung him again.Someone nearby asked him to give up as the scorpion was hurting him.but the sagelyman said,"by nature scorpions sting and to me love comes naturally.Why should i give up my nature?"
